From food writing for magazines to a tapas restaurant to an industry leading plant based restaurant and of course event catering, Daniels food and entrepreneurial pursuits have captured the attention of nations press on many an occasion

Starting his career as a kp in Daniels restaurant kitchen, Sam quickly demonstrated his skill, passion and culinary flare, leading to a permanent role within the orginisation
