Daniels experience is vast and colourful, a culinary education centred across Europe and a wealth of accomplishments back home. From food writing for magazines to a tapas restaurant to an industry leading plant based restaurant and of course event catering, Daniels food and entrepreneurial pursuits have captured the attention of nations press on many an occasion

Chef Sam

Starting his career as a kp in Daniels restaurant kitchen, Sam quickly demonstrated his skill, passion and culinary flare, leading to a permanent role within the orginisation

Chef Laurens commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients shines through in her delectable creations. Her culinary skills and warm personality make her a favorite among our clients.
